Created for American country singer Ernest, Devil I’ve been serves as a counterpart to Post Malone's F1-Trillion guitar, reflecting the collaboration between the two artists throughout the album. While Post Malone's guitar captures the spirit of F1-Trillion, Ernest’s guitar takes inspiration from the song "Devil I’ve Been," a track the two worked on together.

The design features a visual interpretation of the song’s message: a cowboy crouched by a lake, gazing into the reflection of himself. As he looks into the water, the reflection isn’t just his—it shows the cowboy with his hat transformed into devil horns, symbolizing the “devil he’s been” throughout his life.
